Project Summary
In 2019 Duke University Health System consulted Sensory Interactive to design a digital experience for the expansion of the children’s hospital into a new wing. With several concepts presented, the Duke team ultimately selected the “Hero Wall” concept to showcase the individuals that bring excellence to the health system. With the onset of the pandemic, hospital resources were needed elsewhere and the project was not continued.
My Role
This project was one of my first opportunities to explore how digital experiences can reflect the brand values and identity of a community.
After hosting a stakeholder workshop and listening to the university about their work, our team designed concepts that would highlight the best of the system for patients and parents. Additionally, we designed a concept for an interactive mural where animals animate within a static environment.
